Notice to SCAL Members
--Coloring Books for Kids--
We are planning to produce another coloring book made up of members’ drawings that can be distributed at our exhibits.
We need your drawings for the coloring book.
We are asking that members begin to draw “black-line drawings” (drawings created with a fine-tipped Sharpie or the like on regular 8.5”x11 white paper. Samples of the current coloring book can be found below. Drawings can a full page or half page.

We need your drawings for the coloring book.

We will also be preparing for our watercolor children’s activity and will need black line drawings on watercolor paper for that project. Any size watercolor paper can be used for these drawings from 5x7 to 8x10 or anything in-between.
Drawings for both the coloring book and the watercolor project can be turned in at our monthly meetings, our weekly Open Studios, or mailed to SCAL, PO Box 432, Woodstown, NJ 08098.

- Salem County Fair, August 2-5. We will need members' work to display. Details will follow on how to participate.
- Salem Tomato Festival, August 20. Members' exhibit and general public art competition. Details will follow on how to participate.
- Salem County Senior Citizens (60+) Creative Arts Competition, (Part of the New Jersey Senior Citizens Art Exhibit and Competition). Details will follow on how to participate. Click here to see last years' entries.
