Directions for SCAL Exhibit
​Artwork Drop Off and Pick up

NOTE:  Vehicles can only be driven onto the Fair booth area on Monday, August 8.  

DROP OFF 

• The SCAL booth will be set up between 9 a.m. and Noon ON Monday, August 8.  Any work not brought to the SCAL exhibit booth during that time should be brought on Tuesday, August 9, from 3-8 p.m.   
• The SCAL exhibit will last through the Fair, Tuesday, August 9 - Friday, August 12.  Your work will be inside the Commercial Building where security will be provided by the Fair Association.

PICK UP

• The SCAL Booth should remain open until the Fair closes at 9 p.m. on Friday night, August 12.  
• Work may be picked up from 8:30-9:30 p.m. 
• Anyone who is interested in helping take down the booth is welcome to come at 9 p.m to pick up your work and lend a hand!
